I know the answer should be obvious and that it is probably staring me in the face but....For the life of me, I can't figure out what this big hole in in the bulkhead in front of the fuel tank on my '73 GT conversion project is for. Help please.

And, are all the holes 4” in diameter. Seems like my ‘75 might be smaller
