This one had a broken spring. See how far down the inner ring is? It should be all the way up. oh ok thanks Hello Everyone. I ordered a new gasket, installed it and it did not solve the gas smell problem. I then noticed the overflow hose is disconnected. I think the gas is being sloshed upwards and drains through this hose onto the car. Should this be connected to something? Also there looks to be a breather and this is not capped off either.
