Hi Guys,
The devastation of the fires in LA is unimaginable. So many people have lost everything and times like these really hammer home what's important in life...family, friends, pets and health. Of course, our cars add a lot of joy to our lives as well and I fear that many prized vehicles will be lost. I think I speak for everyone when I say "we're here for you". Please post and let us know if there's anything this community can do to help. Let's keep our LA friends in our prayers. |

been keeping up on this on the australian tv news while i have been up country.
calif is like aus, a fire ecology landscape. i got a good feel for just how dangerous it has been. good news in all the bad news is the minimal loss of life. at least we are learning to do that better - both down here and in california. thats a relief. could have been a lot worse. loss of property is terrible. but losing loved ones and friends is way worse. lost a landscaper mate and colleague in the big one of 09 down here. still miss him. my thoughts with 914 world folks in LA. |
