Thinking about replacing my driving lights in the bumper with something more powerful than the 55W halogen H3's that are OEM. However, I haven't found anything that puts out more light that would actually fit in there.
Most of the H3 replacements I have found are either weaker than the 1450 lumens the halogens are supposed to have, or are way longer and thus won't fiit in the reflector. The H3's are actually pretty small bulbs. Posting this here on the off chance that someone has actually found something that works. |

And that can be one of the differences between the Hella 118 driving lights and the fog lights that came on some 914s: the lenses on the driving lights are sometimes bonded to the reflectors, just like the H4 headlights. In that case, you will likely need new lenses and seals like those offered by 914rubber. The Spokework LED assembly replaces the existing reflector.
