Going to look at this 1973 914/2.0 next week.
Looking at this picture I am wondering if there is a problem with the suspension. Is the front cranked up and the rear drooping/collapsed? ![]() |

I've never seen rear springs sag that much.
There's something else going on. Check for rusted suspension consoles. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) |

I've never seen rear springs sag that much. There's something else going on. Check for rusted suspension consoles. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Although I suppose it could just be that the front is jacked up so high it's putting added weight on the rears in addition to the spring perch being too low... They definitely went wild with the paint- going over the handles and the bumper tops. I'm betting there's a ton of overspray. |
