I trailered the car down to Sebring for the PCA Club race yesterday. Needless to say it turned a few heads as I was driving around the paddock area. I actually got my wrist slapped by Race Control for doing donuts and power slides. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)
Here is a picture of it on the scales. Of course the first words out of they guys mouth was "Where's the rest of it" Attached thumbnail(s) |

I still think there is another 30-40 that can still some out.
1. Slicks will save about 5-7 each 2. Lightened flywheel 3. Smaller fuel cell 4. Remove the dustcovers on the front shocks 5. Cout out the passenger side floor (really don't want to do this) 6. Change out my boxed trailing arms for stock ones 7. Change the braided oil lines to rubber 8. Run less oil (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif) 9. Drill more holes (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif) 10. Remove all the washers from the bolts (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Paul |
