Ok, for those of you who have put a 915 in your 914, what are the linkage requirements? Does it just magically connect to the same 901 linkage? I didn’t think so…
What do I need? Currently running the JWest shifter for the 901. |

Many moons ago i helped Brad adding a custom cable shift solution to a 915 in a 914.
It worked surprisingly well and costs a fraction of the side-shift kits available. I have a 915 that was meant to go with the 3.6L engine but i never got around using it. The plan was to do the same thing and go cable shift. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) |

Glad to hear it worked well. |
