What model of 911 did a 20mm master cylinder come off of? Will it work on my 914 with A calipers?

The proper 20mm did indeed come from the 911S and also from some 911E with the hydropneumatic stuts. Started in 1969.
That is not the correct master though, it is for a boosted car. The proper 20 looks identical to the 17 and 19 except for the 20 cast into it. Yes, a 20 should work fine with the 'S' or 'A' calipers, especially if you use the 914/6 rear. |
