BTW3, I don't think "concours" is an English word. I know there's "concourse" but that means a mall or a plaza. "concours" is a French word, and it is spelled with an "s". It refers to a challenge where there is a limited number of winners, i.e. not everybody can win. In school, there was a big difference between an exam where everybody could pass and a "concours" to enter another school or university where there were only a limited number of spots available. "Élégance", of course, means elegance, so that "Concours d'élégance" means a contest to see who gets a prize for most elegant. HTH We now return to regularly scheduled programming.
