got a line on a 2.7-6 motor ..., gud deal or not ??? Options

soooo, i got a line on a '76 2.7L /6 motor build by "The Stable" ...

don't know all the details but it's fairly recently rebuild by said shop and comes with the CIS injection. complete and running ...

does ~$2k sound like a fair price or not?

Just because you get a killer deal on a roller...a killer deal on the parts....and it adds up to "X"......doesn't mean you can't add on L A B O R and E X P E R I E N C E as costs. Just because a person is not a regular shop....labor and expertise for putting it together doesn't count....?

That's such Bullshit. People have tossed crap like that in my face over the years....I just tell them....YOU try and do it. Then come back and tell me if it's worth it.

I do this for fun, anger therapy and YES...a little profit to fund my other toys. Nobody bitches about the admins that make bucks off this site....

If it was easy....no one be coming here for advice.
