You guys can plan all you want in here. I've PM'd Brant, Joe, Eric and Ben with the password. Don't go giving it out to everyone. This forum is for you guys to communicate with each other, post test web sites, graphics, pics plans whatever all of which is outside the main forum and the rest of the user community.

Just to be clear - is this the tennative schedule we are still working with?
I did read both threads again. There were a lot of good drives and nice places to eat mentioned. I don't think there are any bad choices. Same for host hotels. Just pick one a go with it. I am sure it will be fine. Right now, the important thing is to decide on a plan and make it public. We need to give people time to commit to attend. There are only 98 days until the event.
