I was thinking the same thing.
Head out of Moab going south. Cut over the the road that goes thru the La Sal Forest. On thru Castle Valley, then pick up 128 going North. Visit the Fisher Towers. Cross the Colorado River. Up to Cisco or where ever we want to turn around. Head back down Highway 128. The Red Cliffs Lodge is on 128 near where it says 'Windows'. Dinner and then a short drive back to Moab.
