just something to think about. if a car has been sitting for god knows how long, those are just a few things that will have to be addressed. either by the seller or the buyer.
there will be a considerable amount of $$$ involved just to make such a car a good runner again. and yes, if all that is taken care of and the car has decent paint and interior and the title is clean it might very well fetch $15k ...
