Just put them on today and took a cruise. These are last year's so if new ones are even better, get some.
Really is a race tire for the street. Not quite as sticky as the Proxes (40 treadwear) track tires I had, but a lot smoother. Buzzy at Hiway speeds, but just the ticket for canyon carving, and 205/50's really suit the gearing of my stock 2.0 FI. 2nd gear starts and Mulholland becomes a a 2 gear road, 3rd and 4th. as long as you're running yoko '32s you might as well run victoracers for substantially less. excellent all-round competition tire with limited street use.
nate (back from oklahoma) p.s. from what i've heard and read from scca guys, i'm not surprised that the kumho 710's out performed the hoosier A's. and for like 30bucks/per tire less! |
