Ok, so ~ 10 days ago I installed temp sender....
Taco plate leaked like crazy. So tonight I drained oil and pulled it back apart. choices: 1) re-install with new gasket and more sealer 2) put old cover back on and install the temp sender I got that replaces drain plug. Issue taco plate sender says 200 deg and drain plug says 150 deg. So what do I do? I could swap temp for oil presure too.... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif) What would you do? |

When I did mine I really couldn't figure that out as well. Seems like it does'nt really seal anything. I put it in anyway just because.
But, I have no leaks from the taco plate. |
