Couldn't believe it.
While driving to work, it passed me in the exit lane on I-4. I bet it has been 2 years since I've seen one on the street without it being at some event. I grabbed my camera like an idiot. Like I was going to take a picture of a stock 914 driving down the road. Paul |

I went to Tarpon Springs, FL with my wife last weekend for a day trip. We got lost in some residential neighborhood and MY WIFE spotted a 914 sitting in a driveway before I did. I stopped. No answer at the door.. There was note on the door about the house about it being in probate or something... same note on the car.
Car was a '73, silver blue, but very rough. I RARELY see 914s here in Central Florida. Maybe one every 3 months or so. Most have rusted away. The Orlando meet in June was fun. I DO envy you Cali boys with all your Porsches and no humidity! Regards, |
