Burning on the side of the 401...overshot the runway in a lightning storm.

According to a news report, a passengers said the lights in the aircraft went out about a minute before touchdown.
I can see it now. The thing gets hit by lightning. The pilot lands & hits the thrust reversers. The puter says. "I'm sorry, you cannot use thrust reversers at 30,000 ft" The pilot says "Eh?" Pilot error, of course. |
