Ok guys, the date is set. It's obvious we're not going to be able to accommodate everyone, so it looks like we're good for the 13th of August.
Please keep this date in mind as it would be nice to get a good gathering. Come next week I would like to have somewhat of a headcount as to who is going to show so I'll know if we need to set a reservation. So please, if you are a definite, please respond so we can keep a headcount. If you do not respond, we may under-reserve and have seating issues...
