Your invited to...., an engine removal party in AZ tomorrow!! Options

we, my dad (flatvw) and i, are taking the engine out of the '72 1.7

this will be our first time doing this so we dont fully know how to do it all

we have the check list and instructions, but some experienced help would be greatly appreciated

well be doing it tomorrow morning i think wed like to take it out fix the oil filter assembly and put it right back in

well have donuts and coffee in the morning and...
my dad has offered to make a bunch of smoked meat/bbq (which always turns out well, my favorite is the pulled pork) or to buy a large pan of lasagna.
he said hell also provide BEER (ID required (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif))

one per bolt. ill let you figure out how many bolts are on each CV.

go to pelican parts . com and click on CV gasket. im sure they have a picture. hell, google canbe your friend too (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)


what is a BAP? if a local place. then no. id bet they wont have anything 914
