I just found a site called BoltDepot, which has assortments of metric bolts, nuts, washers, etc. The $130-150 price of their assortments is a relative bargain. 15 years ago, I bought a similar assortment from Imparts (RIP) for $40, and only ran out of stuff a couple of years ago. $3/year to not have to make a trip to the store for a bolt is well worth the money, and even $15/year for 10 years is still more than worth it, esp. if you could finish the job tonight, or you have to wait until tomorrow when the store opens. I haven't ordered from them, yet, but I plan to. O-ring assortments can be had from a few places, including Harbor Freight. |
