It occurred to me last night, while I was browsing this board, that I could actually be working on my car, instead of reading stuff on the board. The board in invaluable, but I have come to a point where I check it several times a day, and have sometimes come to spend more time on the forum, when I should have been outside, or in the garage working on the car.

I spend alot of time here while at work because I have nothing to do at work.
This has become a very expensive problem so far this year, I have bought a nice 914, a very nice bandsaw, beltsander, a big CNCMill and Subaru engine and trans all on line while at work. So after 3 hours of mixed 914 club and CNCZone I do one final email check and go home. When I get home I work ON the garage, (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beer3.gif) someday (soon) when everything is put away and I can actually use my workbench (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sawzall-smiley.gif) and welding table (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/welder.gif) - be able get to the CNC mill I will actually start to work on the 914. By then I will have a PC out in the garage so I can see 914 club out in the garage too. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/type.gif) Steve -Making 15lbs of stuff fit in 5lb box |
