i have noticed bearings on alot of different european motors have FAG marked on the edge.

is that the name of a company or maybe a standards marking like ISO, etc?

some real info would be great, keep the queer jokes to a minimum so this thread does not get pulled (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

FAG Bearings is in Joplin MO. I just about ran off the road when I passed it one day, HUGE sign on the front of the building "FAG", I thought it must be a national headquarters or something... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/av-943.gif)
