Thinking about adding flares to my 72 and I like to know what the general thinking is as to wheel sizes, diameter and width, front and rear.
Thanks |

standard GT flares (7"/9") street: 7" cookies cutters front & rear with 1 1/4" spacer in the front, 1 1/2" spacer in the rear, 225/50 x 15 tires. track: 7" cookie cutters front & rear with 1/4" spacer in the front, 1/2" spacer in the rear, 9" x 15 goodyear racing slicks (R250) future street: 8" x 16 ronal alloys in the front, 9" x 16 ronal alloys in the rear. i'd like to run 245/45 in the front and 285/40 in the rear, but i can't find anyone who makes the 285/40 in 16 anymore ... probably going to settle for 225 in the front and 245 in the rear ...
