Can anybody tell me the difference between these two distributors? do they use the same cap/rotor?

That picture and part number is for a stock 1.8L distributor. The 009 that is sold aftermarket does NOT have a vacuum advance on it.
It's real easy to get confused. The part number for the 1.8L distributor ends in 009, but it's not the 009 that we refer to when we talk about the "float test". |
