a while ago someone posted a pic of a 914 stretch limo
IIRC it was an autoX action pic - the driver had a helmet on could anyone post this pic again please? do you know if there is such a conversion out there, or is it just a photoshop thing? many thanks in advance (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wavey.gif) Gustl |

nope, chop the door at the front of the glass, straight down...suicide hinge it...
Cut the front car just behind the targa bar, cut the second car just behind the a pillar. Use the second cars b pillar for the front of the doors to latch against...swap the doors side for side... I went out and took a look at my tub and some extra door I have...it could be done and it could look cool. Personally I would eliminate the targa bar in between them, or make it alot thinner...maybe the thickness of the top of the bar, all they way down the side...make it look less bulky.. I think it could be made to look cool, if done with style in mind... make the partition window electric, so you can raise and lower it... two removable targa tops...a custom trunk bay to hold them both...
