that, my friend, does not make any sense ... without the deflectors, NO air will ever go from the bottom into the engine comp. never. unless you add some sort of scoop under the car. now, *with* the deflectors, you create underpressure behind them which in turn SUCKS hot air from under (or in fiids case OUT) the engine comp. which generally is a gud thing ... i'd vote for keeping the deflectors.
