I got a new e-mail flyer from them and they have seriously dropped some prices from what I remember. Their "greatest rubber kit" (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif) is now 499.50 wasn't it previously like 600.00 or more? 19 pice clutch kit is 385.00 used to be a clutch pressure plate and throwout bearing were that much. Steel rockers for 300.00 ALMOST seems reasonable. Note I in now way encourage buying from them at this point but is the BIG CHANGE as they put it going to be werthwhile?? Have they finally woken up and will straighten that place out??I havn't bought from them in a couple of years so my brain may be misfiring..........
Probably not (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif) FLAME ON |

Sean asked about them so he could get a bit fuller of a story on it, not necessarily for 6 large pictures and such. It's good to actually get to see what he founded his complaint on, but I'm sure email, phone, or PM would have been a slightly better course of action. I'm honestly not sure at what point I came across as a wise-ass. I'm sure if we were having a phone conversation you would never think that but maybe I come across a bit more abrasive in text. As I said before, I'm honestly interested in every single complaint people have about AA. I'm not, however, interesting in trying to defend myself against personal attacks. If you don't like AA that's one thing, and in some of your cases unfortunately it's understandable, but to attack me personally is uncalled for. If you have something constructive to add, or even just a personal story, that's great and I'm all ears. It seems the majority of the complaints so far are based on customer service but more specifically shipping issues. For that I would add in-stock vs. not in-stock as a shipping issue. That's something I can put in the spotlight so we can work on a resolution. Clearly most of you won't believe that statement, but for me that's what I'm getting out of this thread. |
