I am planning to rebuild my 1.8 with one of Jake's 2056 kits in the near future.
Does anyone know if the 1.8 engine tin will fit on a 2056. If not, which pieces need to be replaced/modified? Thanks a bunch (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) Rob |

It's all about the heads. But I was able to relocate my s/p holes when I put 1.7 tin on my new engine that had 2.0 heads. Hole saw and a file was all it took. Than I welded up the old holes with some sheetmetal. |
