My driver door doesn't open from the outside and I've been told that most likely the plastic cam is broken. I checked the tangs on the flapper and they are not broken. I've done a search here but can't find a replacement thread for the cam. Is there a thread and could somebody point me to it? If not, can someone explain the process?

When the door is closed the handle is hard to release? But when the door is open the handle is easy to release? Sounds like the post in the door jamb needs to be adjusted. |
