i know this is another dumb question but how do you remove the interior door panels? i just dont want to break it then i have to buy a new one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/type.gif)

Remove armrests, remove window roller, remove inside door handle/latch, then pry off the panel from the sides and bottom. THe top lifts off. To install, reverse these directions. Yo umay also need to get some more plastic inserts to hold the panel on, as the old ones tend to break. I think they're 10 to 20 cents at any Porsche or BMW dealer (and you could try VW, too, I suppose).
