Gear Choices for a 901, Looking for advice on what gears to run with a 3.0 Options

I did some searching on this topic and didn't come up with much. I tried to find Brad's gear / speed chart but the links to it all seem broken. Basically I'm looking for some ideas on what gears I can run in the 901 that would be a better match with the 3.0. I would like to run it as a 5 speed so Ideally I'd like a first that is taller than stock and a 2nd that is taller than stock, maybe tall enough to take me to 60 mph at 6500 rpms.

What is the intended use of the car?

For street you would want to go with longer gears ie Z or ZD fifth

For track you want to tailor the box to each track. since it isnt very economical to swap gear boxes/gearset between races (although some do) chose a gearset that works in a wide range of applications, but still lets you use the torque of the engine.

Short tracks, KQV seem to be popular.

Longer tracks, MSX are popular gearsets.
