I am considering replacing my red top with a yellow top, Reason being I will be running 2 - 7" fans for my intercooler, a Tilton transmission pump for my tranny cooler and my 2 - 8" sub , 6.5 and 5.25 speakers powered by my Alpine head unit and 2 Alpine amps along with the normal power accessories than run the car.

Do you think I would benefit switching to a Yellow top deep cycle for my set up and additional electrical drains. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

I thought a deep cycle was made to charge up, then run down... ie they don't like constant charging like a regular car battery.

I don't know about the yellow tops, but just something to check out.
