I just stumbled across one of the early 1970 rear bumpers with the sharp license plate cut-out and didn't really know much about it. can anyone tell me more about these early bumpers? why did they change the design after only a year? are they rare? any info would be great, thanks!

I think they made them two years. nope - only MY 1970 had these AFAIK the sharp edge rear bumper was only available in chrome the factory changed them to the rounder version because they had serious trouble with the chroming at the sharp edges due to the short production they are really rare (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wavey.gif) Gustl |
