I decided today to try the electronic ignition.. Well like before, It is making spark (very good spark might I add) from the coil. But it isnt making spark from the dizzy. Anyone have any ideas? I have changed the cap and rotor, and I have tryed a new cap and rotor. FI engine, anything particular about a FI engine with Electronic ignition?
Thanks! Andrew |

Wires are good,
The points distributor works fine. In fact, I'm going to throw it back in there, (just to prove it to me). He's been driving it.. Everything is clean. We're using a different dist for the electronic ignition. Isn't there something about the rotors that the resistors need to be removed? We have both kinds, but the one that was working in the car has a resistor. It's a puzzlement... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |
