How I restored my post 75 door panels, Step by step with pictures

I took pictures anyway ... The vinyl was in bad shape but the core panel was almost OK ... Tht's what I was looking for ... First of all, I removed the old vinyl. This one is 2mm thick (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/johannes.roussel.free.fr-179-1274227953.5.JPG) Cut it to the right length (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/johannes.roussel.free.fr-179-1274227956.6.JPG) A few staples to maintain the foam at the right place (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/johannes.roussel.free.fr-179-1274227961.7.JPG)
