Looking at a 72 VW Bus and was thinking V8 swap using a 914 transaxel and mounting the V8 mid body. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)

Back in High school, 1973, there was a guy driving around Glendora that had put a big block chevy, trans, rear end and chassis from a Corvette and did a conversion, the engine was right behind where you'd sit, you just open the side doors to see it. Pretty cool conversion. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)
For all you young folks, we didn't have digital camera's then, I would have taken a picture, but I didn't have my Kodak Instamatic 124 camera with me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |
