I saw a mercedes mclaren slr's crazy wing the other day and thought, I can build that! So long story short, with the help of a welder, half a trunk, and a case of beer my car has a retractable wing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif) . and yes you can still store the top in trunk with no problem.

I think you should paint a huge STOP sign on the underside of the wing. Maybe help you from getting rear-ended
