I knew this car would get me in trouble. To make a long story really short. I got a ticket doing 40 over. Now begs the question. Do I keep the car and pay outragious insurance or sell the damn thing? (which I can't really afford in the first place). Boy it costs a lot for 3 seconds of fun.

If your gonna break the law that much make sure you have enough under the hood to outrun them. I know plenty of people that outrun the cops all the time. I don't think I have the guts but if I was doing 120+ I probably would.

I will second the slow daily driver. Driving fast cars day in and day out is a sure fire way to get your ass landed in jail.

Wow, that's really good advice (IMG:style_emoticons/default/screwy.gif) , maybe you can do it in Canada where Cops are wusses (sp?) but hell I drive tight assed when ever I'm in the US. I think you need a whole bunch under the hood to outrun an Interceptor, plus all those stupid car chases you see on TV, how do they mostly end???

I am the first to admit that I went way over the speed limit on certain occasions, but I think the concensus is to go at a track where it's safe to do those kind of things.
