My wife and I will be passing through L.A. in the first week in October, on the homeward bound leg of a round-the-world holiday. I've got storage in Hollywood that I need to clear out, so we'll be up for drinks most nights!
Our regular bar (and my former office, when I did the photography thing!) was, and will continue to be: Birds Rotisserie Chicken Cafe, 5925 Franklin Ave, Hollywood. We'll be there most evenings from around Oct. 4th to the 10th. (IF we don't get 86ed!) Well, I lived there for a few years, and can honestly say that the stuff that REALLY freaked me out, all happened in Simi Valley, Castaic, and Encino.
