The mountain drive from Jake Raby's place to Deal's Gap (Tail of the Dragon) was fantastic. The weather couldnt have been better for keeping the targa top in the trunk. I put 338 miles on my car and very little of that was on straight roads. I love the idea about having a Trevac suit in the car!! It is lightweight and could serve all sorts of purposes. The tow strap is a great idea as well. Also not too heavy, but getting a tow from a local "Apalacian American" with his Ford F150 could be handy for getting the car to the next gas station where they have a lift. (or just getting the car out of the ditch). The length of wire is also a great idea. Maybe with some aligator clips. I havent thought about TRAIN TRAIN from Blackfoot in a while. Good suggestion. |
