None of the buttons fit... Was really into sports car and sports car racing in the late 60's. Had a TR3 and an AH 100-4, along with an interest in Studebaker coupes. Was fixing to be sent to Germany with the Army when I read an article in R&T about a new mid-engined sports car , the VW-Porsche. Talked to some of the guys that had been overseas before, and found that you could order a car through a travel agency and pick it up in Europe, drive it for a year or so, and then be able to bring it back to the US as a used car, thereby saving the excise taxes... AND it would be cheaper than in the US. Paid my $5200 US, sight unseen (had only seen a line drawing) and picked up my car (914/6) in Brussels in March of 1970. Still have it today, and hope to have it back on the road in a few weeks after 20 or so years of storage and jackstands. Put the engine back in last weekend, and am busy with barakes and interior... Can't wait!
