I have my V8 car insured by Hagerty insurance any thoughts about the company, handling claims etc ?

I've had cars insured through Haggarty for 20 years. I've never had a problem with them or any complaints, but then I've never had a claim either. FYI, our very own Howard is an insurance broker in Westlake.
