![]() ![]() I thought I would share with you all my airplane's engine. This is the German Hirth Motoren model 3503 aircraft engine. Forged 4130 chromemoly crankshaft, AlNicasil lined cylinders, Forged slipper pistons, and sand-cast case, cylinders, and heads. Electronic FI with manual mixture adjustment override, and mechanical oil injection. This engine in carbureted form is a 70+ HP engine (650 cc's) My engine with all the bells and whistle is around 95 HP.... I love it -- (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) |
