I have an email out to the hotel to sign a contract for 50 rooms. It will be going ahead as planned on the weekend of Fathers Day. 3 weeks after the atomic ramble. Entry fees are not established at this time, but there WILL be a break down of costs so people can see exactly why I'm charging money. (the AX venue will cost money) Any extra money will go to charity.
The name of the event will change and I'd love to hear some suggestions! I was thinking "914World West". |
