I sign on and see that I'm selling 32 Shure SM57 microphones! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)
I immediately change the password, the email address, my paypal password, my email password, etc... Damn, now I'm nervous!!!! I felt good about it before. Ebay got the message I sent and cancelled all of the auctions and credited the fees, but damn! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) |

mine got rippped too. Ebay caught it within hours and notified me. The account was quarenteened until I could verify that I was who I said I was. Then I went in and changed passwords and such.
I lost out on some stuff that I was bidding on. My account was a decade old, so I guess it was just my turn. I never respond to email from "ebay," I always log into ebay to check messages. Not sure how they got my account, but they did. Zach |
