Hi,
What does a generic Mass Air Flow sensor measure? Does it measure volume? velocity? pressure? And, is there a generic one that could be read via a serial cable to a laptop? A kit is cool, or a homemade version is also fine. Rich |

My idea is to build a simple flow bench to MATCH flow some heads.
All I want is to ensure they are the same, so I dont need the full benefits of a flow bench. I think that an MAF will work for this purpose, and even just a multi meter. Is there a way to check an MAF at the junk yard? Ford or whatever is fine. Right now the ports do not match, im sure. Rich |
