Has anyone ever put there 914 on a Mid-rise lift. It's the type that only goes approx, 48" high. How stable did it feel? Would you perform light motor work on it or pull a 914 trans? Really looking for strong opinions on this so anything goes.
The pic should give you some idea of what I am talking about. Attached image(s) |

Some have PM and asked at the other board if you can or cannot do a motor pull. Here are the pics. this car is getting a front mounted oikl cooler and a new trans, with all work being done on this lift So yes it is great for 914 repair.
If you are thinking about one and you are local drive over and put your car on it and see for yourself how easy it is to use. I truly wish that back in my days of one car garages I had this option. The time and money I would have made and saved I can only wonder. Attached image(s) |
