Hey guys me and some friends are talking about entering the race. Basicaly you get a $500 car and prep it to race. Race is in September.
So we need something that runs good and we would like to show up with something a bit different then just getting a 80s civic or crx. |

So what type of racing is it?
Dirt or asphalt? Circle track oval track road racing? I simply can't see spending the money on safety equipment for a POS that I would not want to keep. Sounds more like a project for a high school shop class... I suppose if you could start with a junk old race car (Ford Pinto or similar) cheap enough it could work. |
