it is getting tougher and tougher to find good rubber for a 15 x225 or bigger tire....
i know i should go to a 16.......but i want the big round bulgy side wall look..... but i want a good compound as well.....z rating would be preferable but the supply seems to have dried right up.... is there no demand...... think of all the 80s cars that have to re-rim to find tires how many guys would run a 15 on the road if there was more availibilty |

I am running 205/50's on 7" fronts and 225/50's on 8" rears on my flared car - and I think the front looks too small in the flair (diameter wise).
Has anyone run a 205/55? Any pics? |

That's what I run... 205/55 on 6x15 front and 225/50 on 7x15 rear. No flares, but works for me. The profile is hard to judge with the black wheels, but the diameter is the same front to back. |
