This guys name is exactly as it implies. He wants to sell his CD for $1.00 but then charge an outragous amount for shipping. I have sent 2 CD's in the mail to all over the country and it costs about $2.35 to do it. I hate when people gouge for shipping.

He wants $15 for the manual including shipping, what's the problem? If shipping was $2 the item was sell for higher.
